Refunds:

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we aim to minimize returns to reduce the carbon footprint associated with shipping and handling. To promote sustainability and eco-friendly practices we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than damaged/ defective products or incorrect products.

Refunds will only be issued for damaged/defective products or incorrect products, and a valid claim must be submitted within two days of receiving the products.

Slight variations in colour, size, and scent are natural and do not qualify for a refund.

Once your claim is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take 5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Clear photos of the damaged or defective product, including packaging

Description of the issue

Cancellation Policy:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
